Mr. Powell has over 15 years operations and customer relationship management experience for fast paced enterprise level service organizations. His focus has been in process documentation and improvement, staff development, conflict resolution and negotiation, project management and performance metric development. Most recently, Mr. Powell was a Senior Project Manager at SourceCorp, Inc. Prior to this, he was a management consultant with Ascential Software, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Powell held a variety of positions with Ascential Software, Inc. including Solution Support Manager, Corporate Advanced Support Manager, North America Advanced Support Manger, and North America Support Manager. Mr. Powell holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kansas, and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
