ABOUT OUR COMPENSATION PLAN: Krystal Planet
has had its compensation plan reviewed by Referral-Based
Marketing (RBM) and Direct sales attorneys from time to
time. It passed all
the tests of being legal in all 50 states. Krystal Planet
engaged several different law firms at one time or another.
Due to the very large number of unsolicited inquires from
Krystal Planet Energy Consultants to our legal and other
professional advisors, as well as other reasons, we cannot list
the names of these firms on our website.
NOTICE TO OUR 2004 GREEN TAG CUSTOMERS:
Dear FutureWind customer –
pursuant to the terms & conditions (T&C) of FutureWind
(FW), this notice addresses the contribution made by Krystal
Planet (KP) on your behalf to a wind energy project (Project).
The original T&C called for KP’s contribution to
build a wind turbine within 2 years.
The 2004
2005 GPC Internal Audit Report shows $67,597.50
was to be contributed to a Project for 2004 FW customers.
KP is excited to announce that we can now publicly disclose the name
& location of the 1st Project: a 1 MW wind turbine on
Rolling Plains facility in Haskell
County
KS. KP has a signed
30-year power purchase agreement & contributed $78,581.67
($10,984.17 more than the obligation) to 2004 pre-construction
Project development (~20% of the equity; remaining equity
& all debt financing is being covered by 3rd parties).
You’re being notified to: 1) to bring you up to date;
and 2) allow you to opt out of this Project & have
KP’s contribution on your behalf for 2004 FW be applied
towards GPCs from an existing wind facility.
We offer this Opt-out to honor the exact letter of FW
T&C, which states that for 2004 FW contributions, the
Project must be completed in 2 years.
Since the Project is not yet completed (due to a
variety of delays & unexpected low # of FW customers for
2004-5), we’re obligated to offer GPCs from another wind
energy project already in operation.
The 2005 FW T&C allows KP’s contribution to go
towards project development & does not require the project
to be ‘spinning’ in 2 years.
Since KP’s 2004 FW contribution on your behalf was
exceeded already by our contributions to the Project, this
offer goes above & beyond obligations – but it’s the
Right Thing to do. To
Opt-out, please fax KP at 913.888.0551 or email greentags@krystal-planet.com
by April 30, 2006
with your full name used when purchasing FW, customer/Eco ID#,
current address, address when you purchased FW (if different),
email address, & phone number – and we’ll send GPCs to
you. By taking
no action, you hereby authorize KP to apply all your 2004 FW
contribution to the
Haskell
County
Project development. Thank
you for your prompt attention; we’ll keep you posted on our
progress!

CLOSING YOUR
KRYSTAL PLANET ACCOUNT: Krystal Planet
Sales Associates and Sales Managers pay a monthly autoship to participate
in Krystal Planet's business opportunity. Monthly autoships are not refundable
but future autoship payments can be cancelled, and your account closed, at any
time be contacting our support team at support@krystal-planet.com, by
calling 888-803-9463 or by faxing an account closure request to (913)312-8670.
A written response will be sent by email confirming that your request to close

CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS
: Krystal Planet Sales Associates elect to participate on a month to month basis*
and may close their account at any time. Krystal Planet has implemented
a simple and straight forward account closure process to minimize the financial
risk for its Sales Associates. Because of this Krystal Planet aggressively purses
collection of any funds charged back for monthly services billed by autoship, which
are non-refundable. By signing the Sales Associate enrollement form you
agreed not to charge back funds paid to Krystal Planet prior to your account closure
effective date. Should a charge back occur you agree to pay the original amount,
plus $35 in charge back fees per month charged back, plus all legal and collection
