Refund Policy
OUR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS:
Krystal Planet and our suppliers stand behind the products we sell. Unless otherwise noted
in the product description, all products – but not services – are covered with a 30 day money
back guarantee from the time you receive the product less shipping and handling and subject
to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a refund the product must be returned in resellable
condition and in the original packaging. Should a product replacement or return be necessary
please contact orders@krystal-planet.com to obtain further instructions and an RMA number.
OUR REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES:
We will refund 100% of the original purchase price
on Future Wind and Green Machines if request is made within 3
days of original charge. After 3 days, there will be no refund
issued but future autoship charges will be stopped.
CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION:
You may be entitled to a charitable deduction in
accordance with the requirements and limitations of the
Internal Revenue Code. Please consult your tax advisor as to
your specific tax consequences.
